We are grateful to the Zimmel Family Foundation for generously matching donations to My Future Pathways.

Founded in 2019 with the goal of helping 100 students annually, My Future Pathways has grown to serve over 2,800 students each year—representing more than 30% of Eagle County School District students.

My Future Pathways empowers Eagle County's first-generation students to close the achievement and opportunity gap. Through culturally responsive mentorship, academic tutoring, and social-emotional education, we inspire youth to pursue graduation, employability, and leadership. Our two youth centers foster a sense of belonging and strengthen family relationships through leadership and college-prep programs.

We have three objectives:
• Provide social-emotional support, academic support, and wellness resources.
• Close achievement and opportunity gaps by meeting students where they are.
• Grow pathways that keep learning joyful, meaningful, and sustainable.
